Internship Overview:

We are excited to offer an internship opportunity in our Group HR team with a particular focus on Learning and Development (L&D), Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and HR Digitalization.

We seek for an innovative profile interested in supporting the evolution of HR function for the future of our organization.

As an HR Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our HR team to drive meaningful change and innovation within main HR processes. This internship will provide you with valuable Group hands-on experience in the following critical areas:

1)      Learning and Development (L&D):

 ·       Assist in the development and delivery of group training programs and workshop (e.g. ESG/Sustainability learning journey, digitalization and AI awareness training)

·       Learning strategy coordination for the L&D community in the main EA countries, including central enrollment to key trainings and alignment on key target.

·       Group Learning Management Platform support (become the point of reference for the system/tool usage, organize dedicated training to support countries)

·       Work actively in the design, implementation, and animation of the first EA Group Talent Community.

 2)      Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):

 ·       Support the DEI initiatives and contribute ideas to promote an inclusive work environment.

·       Contribute to the planning and execution of DEI events, communication campaigns, workshops, and dedicated training programs.

 3)      Data Analysis

 ·       Assist in analysing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to L&D and DEI (eg. training completion rate, upskilling training preferences, participation to DEI conferences)

·       Generate reports and dashboards (e.g. using tools like Excel) to track on a quarterly basis the main L&D and DEI metrics.

4)      People Innovation:

 ·       Collaborate on specific HR innovation initiatives (e.g. improve onboarding process using AI/avatar, creation of the first EA chatbot).

·       Contribute to L&D process improvement (Eg. creation of an automated reporting systems)

·       Explore emerging trends and best practices from other EA countries and/or external market

Profil recherché

Qualifications:

·       Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Business, or a related field.

·       Strong interest in HR, HR Transformation, Learning & Development9 and DEI.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Comfortable with Excel skills and Power Point.

·       Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.

·       Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn/contribute.

·       Openness to international environment.
