Functional Role  

Come and join our Automotive Pricing and Underwriting team at EA Global! 

You will be in charge of: 

• Drive the collection of new data and clean the existing data sources. 

• Sophisticate current pricing models by developing more segmented pricing for our core products using GLM or other machine learning techniques.  

• Develop a parametric pricing model for our core product. 

• Support in profitability analysis of international contracts.  

Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: 

• Data Collection/Cleaning 

• Perform data collection, data cleaning and data validation for the Automotive Business Line databases. 

• Identification, monitoring and documentation of data quality issues related to international contracts. 

• Sophisticate current pricing models. 

• Populate the current database with relevant variables based on internal and/or external data. 

• Perform univariate and multi-variate analyses to identify most impacting variables. 

• Build GLM and other machine learning models on different international contracts. 

• Develop a parametric pricing model 

• Work with auto underwriting team to understand our core products. 

• Build a parametric model allowing to automatize the pricing of small auto contracts. 

• Document how the model works. 

• Support in profitability analysis and pricing 

• Generate dashboards for technical KPIs analysis. 

• Organize Deep Dive meetings with local entities. 

• Participate in the pricing approach definition. 

• Estimate technical and commercial prices. 

• Projection of profitability.

Your interactions within the Company: 

You will be part of the Global Pricing team of Europ Assistance and will interact with the following stakeholders within the company: 

• Global Underwriting Team 

• Group Data and IT team 

• Local Technical teams in charge of pricing of local business 

• Group Product Line team  

We are looking for a student or newly graduate in an actuarial, statistical or engineer school, solution-oriented with good problem-solving skills and driven by curiosity and personal initiative.  You have good communication skills and have a good level of English.
