Overall Purpose of the Job
Group Solvency II Disclosure analyst is responsible for the preparation and submission of all the required regulatory reporting to the various regulators. She/he will also support in capital management activities
Under the Group Treasury Policy and Guidelines, specific Responsibilities covers:
Lead the preparation of the Market Value Balance sheet and Eligible Own Funds of Europ Assistance entities for Quarterly and Annual Solvency II process;
Lead the preparation of in the preparation of narrative reports (SFCR, RSR), the support for ORSA, and Quarterly and annual QRTs;
Preparation of the sensitivity calculation process and analysis of the Economic movement of Eligible Own Funds;
Active participation in the preparation of the Capital Management Plan of Europ Assistance entities;
Support to Capital Management related activities.
Job Profile
Required Skills / Knowledge
Finance professional with at least 5 years’ experience dealing with Solvency II matters ideally in a P&C insurance company.
Analytical, organization and interpersonal skills;
Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure & strict deadlines.
Process improvement mindset.
Able to work in a highly matrix-ed, fast paced, dynamic environment.
Hands-on with a strong sense of urgency, and willing to “roll sleeves up”.
Knowledge of IFRS 17 and Tagetik are a plus.
A B2 level of English is mandatory.
