Key Accountabilities

Within the outsourcing team, the analyst will :

• Actively contribute to the data collection, analysis and reporting required by the internal policies
• Work with the different business' and functions' teams to enforce internal policies, execute associated processes and maintain and record the relevant documentation
• Assist the Outsourcing manager to adapt the framework to regulatory evolutions, ensuring updated processes and auditable tracking.
• Contribute to the preparation of regular internal reporting
• Maintain accurate and auditable database feed from different source systems
• Be part of the roll-out of the relevant technology solution to manage the dataset collection and support the identification of opportunities for improvements on reporting

Profile

• Young professional with proven experience in IT related projects, coordination and process
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Tenacious self-starter with a keen sense of accountability, ownership, commitment to work and passion for delivering results and improvements
• Background in IT, audit, reporting and financial markets
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate in a multicultural, diverse and complex environment

• Rigorous
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Knowledge on SharePoint and PowerBI
• Attitude for project management
