Join us as an Operational Readiness Analyst in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)!

Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext is seeking a dynamic candidate to join Euronext Securities Porto​ team as an International Graduate (V.I.E) from August or September 2025 for an initial period of 12 months, in Porto.


This role, based at Euronext Securities Porto, offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will support operational readiness by contributing to business requirements, managing test data and process, and assisting with user acceptance testing. Strong adaptability, technical skills, and effective communication are essential for success in this multicultural, multi-location role.

The Euronext Securities business consists of four Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) in Portugal, Denmark, Norway and Italy providing issuance, custody and settlement services to the capital markets.

As Operational Readiness Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Support the setup of business requirements based on product requirements, in close collaboration with business owners.

  • Create and maintain traceability matrices, aligning product and business requirements.

  • Develop and validate user test cases in partnership with business owners.

  • Maintain test data in all testing environments, working with business owners.

  • Support the drafting of Test Strategies and Plans to guide testing processes.

  • Execute, supervise and coordinate the execution of user acceptance tests and share results with required stakeholders.

  • Handle defect management and generate detailed test reports.

  • Support SCRUM teams in their specific roles related to operational readiness.

  • Address test maintenance needs through Change Requests (CRs).

  • Identify opportunities of improvement on Quality Assurance, test automation and the evolution of tools for user acceptance testing.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business management, finance, or a related field.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to quickly understand complex operational and regulatory issues.

  • A quick learner, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

  • Proven experience working in international teams and a collaborative environment.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team alignment and communication.

  • High proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
