Sales administrative assistant fix term contract - Company Webcast

Euronext is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our Company Webcast team.

This role is pivotal in supporting our sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of quotes, contracts, and various administrative tasks related to Hubspot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of sales quotes and contracts.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
