Mission:

As an Operational Excellency Apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Trading Systems at Euronext. Your mission is to streamline team activities, enhance efficiency, and eliminate operational pain points. You will be the driving force behind continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring they align with the evolving needs of our dynamic teams. Key responsibilities include :

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Trading Systems to understand team objectives and operational challenges.
• Lead and facilitate process improvement projects utilizing Lean methodologies and OKRs (Objective Key Results) to drive efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational excellence strategies that resonate with team goals and company vision.
• Engage with various teams to identify inefficiencies, gather feedback, and propose actionable solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Outlook, OneNote, and others to enhance team communication and collaboration.
• Educate team members on the efficient use of Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring they are well-versed in maximizing their potential.
• Explore and evaluate alternative tools that may offer superior solutions to meet our specific operational needs.
• Participate in the establishment of OKRs with teams, formalize them, and conduct regular follow-up meetings to monitor progress and ensure accountability.

Your profile :

• A proactive mindset with a keen interest in operational excellence and process improvement.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies, OKRs, and other efficiency-driven frameworks. Or a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills to assess processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and master Microsoft 365 tools and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members on operational excellence and tool utilization.
• English and French proficiency
