Missions

M&A / Corporate Development side

• Perform comprehensive company and industry research
• Preparation of presentations and other materials for upcoming transactions
• Perform and maintain financial models
• Work on the due diligence and post-closing processes
  

Strategy / CEO office side

• Work closely with the Chief of Staff on projects run by the Group CEO
• Prepare presentation and briefing materials ahead of the CEOs meetings
• Communicate and interact together with the Chief of Staff with several internal stakeholders on strategic projects
  

The ideal candidate

Profile

• Final or penultimate year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials
• At least a first successful internship experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting or equivalent experience (corporate finance, strategy etc.) within a corporate, and preferably a financial institution
• Fluent in English. Fluency in French will be a plus
