Key Responsibilities:
Support in KPI Framework and Data Analysis:
Assist in the collection and analysis of KPIs from various IT teams;
Help maintain the KPI framework, ensuring its accuracy and relevancy.
Support in analyzing KPIs to determine areas of focus and improvement.
Contributes to the preparation of reports and presentations based on KPI findings to IT management and group stakeholders
Communication Support:
Aid in the development and dissemination of communications within the IT teams.
Assist in ensuring the quality and consistency of external communications.
Workshop Coordination:
Help in organizing and coordinating weekly workshops with IT management
Take minutes and track the follow-up actions from these sessions.
Process Improvement and Project Support:
Provide administrative and project support to the PMO Lead.
Assist in various transformation initiatives as directed by the PMO Lead.

Qualifications and Skills
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in Project Management and how design, build and maintain software within the financial sector.
Strong interest in IT
Basic understanding of Data Analysis and KPIs.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in French an English Is required, proficiency in Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
Familiarity with Jira or similar Project Management tools is advantageous.
