What You'll Do:

You'll take the lead in steering our ETF post-trade product strategy, making sure we hit our business objectives and deliver standout solutions. From optimizing settlement operations to managing the full product lifecycle, you'll coordinate across departments to develop, manage, and enhance our ETF suite and have a direct impact on our growth.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Build business cases that drive profitability

• Oversee settlement operations and keep compliance on track

• Manage ETF products end-to-end

• Recommend budgets and execute on strategic plans

• Lead initiatives and contribute to broader business projects

• Collaborate on fresh products tailored to market needs

• Watch competitors and seize new opportunities

• Strengthen client ties to boost our market share

What You Bring:

• Proven background in finance product management or business development, ideally with post-trade know-how

• Solid expertise in the European ETF ecosystem

• A data-driven, globally minded approach

• Ability to work independently and act with urgency

• Strong commercial instincts and informal leadership style

• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager

• Cooperative, practical, and fluent in English

• Relevant higher education or equivalent experience

Based in Paris, Milan or London, you'll work closely with colleagues across Milan, Porto, Copenhagen, Oslo, and the wider Euronext network.
