Join us a Derivatives Liquidity & Pricing Manager !


The Derivatives Liquidity and Pricing Manager is responsible for optimising financial derivatives products' pricing in the objective to optimize returns across options and futures contracts, and for managing liquidity to maximise competitivity by adapting market making schemes and requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and technical expertise to drive business growth and manage financial risks effectively. As Derivatives Liquidity and Pricing Manager you will also be responsible for data and analytics as a key resource to achieve the best market quality and to optimize yield management. You will manage the Derivatives Liquidity and Pricing team.

You will be reporting to the Head of EQD & FI Derivatives, joining a truly European team of circa 10 people across France, Italy, UK, Norway and the NL.

You will primarily be responsible for: ​

  • Manage pricing across a wide range of financial derivatives contracts in the objective to reach business targets and increase yield per contract while preserving potential impacts on market share
  • Ensure strong levels of liquidity by managing market making schemes and adapt requirements in the objective to reach the best level of market quality, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the development of new products and services, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitor market quality analysis and market research to enhance product position and manage competitive risks.
  • Manage the Derivatives Liquidity & Pricing team.

Your profile:

  • Expert knowledge of liquidity management within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and programming languages (e.g., Excel VBA, Python, SQL).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive projects autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • 5+-year experience with proven track record in managing liquidity and pricing strategies in a financial environment.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements related to liquidity and pricing.
  • Derivatives contracts knowledge and understanding of the European Exchange industry dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Quant Research, Global Analytics, ETF liquidity management).
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-oriented and numbers-driven approach.
  • International business experience is a plus, with the ability to develop products across multiple geographic locations.
