We are recruiting a Group Head of Sales and Marketing to drive the European sales effort, supported by an effective marketing strategy.

In this strategic role, you will report to our CEO and be part of the Executive Committee.

Familiarity with ESG/sustainable finance is also necessary.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in support of our strategic objectives and ambitious sales plans to become a key player in Europe and in the countries in which EthiFinance is present

  • Lead and manage a European team of sales professionals (10 persons), providing guidance, coaching and development opportunities

  • Actively support and participate in prospecting, negotiation and commercial follow-up of clients

  • Actively participate in trade shows and conferences to enhance EthiFinance’s visibility in the European market. This also requires an active presence in professional social networks)

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities in all our markets through effective lead generation and relationship building

  • Establish a marketing strategy and plans to promote each business lines, ensuring clear objectives

  • Develop integrated, effective campaign designs (marketing notably digital marketing, communications);

  • Create and maintain, strong client, and colleague relationships, developing a real sense of partnership


Profil recherché

  • Masters or equivalent level with, ideally, specialisation in Finance and/or ESG

  • At least 10 years’ experience in Finance, and / or ESG sector

  • Proven track record of success in sales or marketing leadership roles in the financial and/or non-financial information services, or financial or non-financial rating agency services, with exposure to CSR/ESG issues

  • A very good understanding of the asset management (equity/fixed income) an/or banking sectors and their dynamics

  • Strong knowledge or sales and marketing strategies and techniques, including lead generation, conversion and relationship management

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams

  • Strong ethical values and commitments to promoting sustainability and responsible business practises.

  • Proficiency in English and at least one other European language (French, Spanish or German)
