IT Quality Management Lead (M/F)

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Quality Management Lead who can contribute to the overall of our growth through new digitalization processes, therefore, ensuring our products' excellence.

This position is placed within Essity Global IT which is part of our Global Digital & Business Services business unit, which provides shared services to the rest of the Essity organization and is key to driving operational efficiencies across the company. 

As an IT Quality Management Lead, you will develop a clear vision for quality and compliance aligned with the organizational goals. You will establish and create a structure/team to ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and certifications. You will work closely with teams across departments to embed quality practices, drive continuous improvement, and champion a quality-first mindset.

Your leadership will play a pivotal role in ensuring IT quality management and compliance throughout the organization! If this is you, we’d love to talk. 

What You Will Do

  • Drive and supervise IT Quality Management and IT Quality Compliance across the area of responsibility globally;

  • Build, lead and develop the IT Quality Management team;

  • Keep the quality management plan (QMP) up to date and actively collaborate with stakeholders (i.e. IT Management, project management and project management office) to ensure alignment in quality related items;

  • Support preparation, execution and follow-up of external audits in relation to IT Quality and quality reviews, summarize findings and suggest improvements;

  • Assist in communications that involve obtaining cooperation and agreement on strategies and policies that may be somewhat complex;

  • Accountable for defining, evaluating, monitoring methods, guidelines, processes and tools and adherence to those.

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field;

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working in an IT service management environment and Quality practices;

  • CRISC or Quality related certification;

  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GMP, MDR ) is essential;

  • Knowledge about GAMP5 and computer systems validation;

  • Problem-solving, analytical, and result orientation mindset;

  • Travel availability;

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) - must have. All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
