We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analytics Apprentice to join the EMEA Professional Solutions Business Analytics team.

This role supports the execution of the business analytics roadmap by contributing to reporting, data analysis, and day-to-day interactions with business stakeholders. Working closely with senior team members, the apprentice will help ensure the availability, consistency, and usability of data to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Your Responsabilities:

• Support the team in gathering business needs and translating them into analytical tasks
• Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports (mainly in SAP BusinessObjects & PowerBI)
• Perform data analysis to support performance tracking and business decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency and help identify and resolve data issues
• Prepare and transform data using tools such as Excel and SQL
• Contribute to the documentation of KPIs, metrics and reporting definitions
• Support the improvement and simplification of reporting processes
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders while developing analytical and technical skills

Description du profil :

• Currently pursuing a Bac+5 degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field
• Strong interest in data, analytics and business performance
• Basic knowledge of Excel and/or SQL; familiarity with BI tools (SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team and in an international environment
• Fluency in english mandatory
