Paper Club helps brands and webmarketing agencies boost their off-page SEO, generate traffic, increase brand awareness, and rank higher on search engines and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). The project is has been growing in the French market for the last 3 years, expended into Spain, and now it’s time to replicate this success in Germany 🇩🇪.
Although Paper Club is a 10-people software company based in Madrid, being part of the Eskimoz Group means you can be employed by either (your choice):
Semtrix in Germany (Düsseldorf or Essen), with monthly 4-day trips to Madrid to collaborate with the full team and build strong ties
Paper Club in Spain (Madrid), with monthly 4-day trips to Semtrix (Essen or Dusseldorf) to learn the specificities of webmarketing in Germany
Business Developer → Define and execute the market entry and growth strategy for Germany (understand the local SEO market, design offers, identify the right growth levers).
Sales & Account Manager → Build and grow your own client portfolio, with a strong focus on long-term relationships and repurchase.
Team Player → Collaborate with French & Spanish sales teams to share best practices and adapt them to the German market.
Manager → Once you achieve results, you will recruit and lead a small Business Development team.
Fixed salary: €36,000 to €42,000 depending on experience and skills
Variable salary: 5% on raw margin generated, uncapped
You are autonomous, entrepreneurial, results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have a strong digital culture and genuine interest digital marketing (no prior expertise or experience required).
You are not recruited for what you already know, but for your ability and eagerness to learn.
Languages: Native German + professional English are mandatory. French or Italian are a plus.
