The Demand team is composed of knowledgeable and energetic online advertising experts that helps bring Equativ’s programmatic solutions to market. The mission for the Account manager is to build long-term relationships with the most strategic Demand partners, representing some of the largest players in the AdTech industry. The Demand department is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader.Equativ is looking for a detail-oriented, eager, and motivated individual to join our UK sales team. As the first Demand Account Manager in the London office at Equativ, you will have the unique opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the online advertising industry; collaborate daily with the world's major ad agencies, helping them achieve their marketing objectives. You will be responsible for a variety of customer-facing activities including but not limited to responding to client inquiries, overseeing and reporting for client’s campaigns, and handling technical questions from clients and sales managers.Your mission 👇
Respond to team and client inquiries that demand immediate attention and quick turnaround timeUnderstand the client’s strategies in collaboration with the sales lead to ensure the RFPs match the clients needs and Equativ’s capabilitiesCollaborate with the ad ops, media solutions and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and ensure campaign performanceAttend and participate in client meetings, weekly hotdesks etc…Oversee advertising campaigns, and make suggestions on how best to reach your client’s goalsMonitor, anticipate and solve campaign-related issuesStrategise with other team members to come up with ways to improve campaign performance and be in the top performerProvide delivery reports detailing campaign status on a recurring basis and quarter business reviews to key clientsLead troubleshooting for live campaignsWho you are 💪
