About Enky

Enky is on a mission to transform how companies access and manage office furniture through our Furniture-as-a-Service model. As we continue to grow, we are scaling our acquisition channels to support rapid expansion.

We’re now looking for a Paid Ads Strategist to join us on a freelance basis and drive high-performance campaigns that fuel predictable growth for Enky Furniture.

The role

As our Paid Ads Strategist, you will have end-to-end ownership of our digital acquisition campaigns, from strategy to execution. You’ll work closely with our marketing team, bringing both hands-on expertise and strategic insights to ensure campaigns are optimised for performance, efficiency, and impact.

This role offers high autonomy and the opportunity to directly shape Enky’s growth trajectory.

You’ll report to: Marie (Head of Marketing)
Team interfaces: Internal collaboration with Marie and business unit heads; occasional work with agencies and creative freelancers.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn).

  • Propose and test new growth hypotheses (audiences, funnels, formats).

  • Brief and collaborate with designers and content creators on ad creatives.

  • Deliver actionable reporting and insights on performance.

  • Ensure campaigns meet budget and ROI targets while generating qualified leads.


Profil recherché

Must-have skills:

  • Proven expertise in Google Ads & Paid Social campaign management.

  • Strong track record optimising CAC, ROAS, and lead generation.

  • Experience setting up tracking, reporting dashboards, and running A/B tests.

  • Familiarity with SaaS, subscription, or B2B2C acquisition funnels (a plus).

Soft skills:

  • Results-driven and analytical, with a hands-on approach.

  • Autonomous and proactive – you bring ideas, not just execution.

  • Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable strategies.

  • Flexible and collaborative mindset.

Languages: Fluent in English & French (campaigns run across both markets).
