C++ Software Engineer – Medical Device (W/M)

Join eMyosound, an innovative startup developing a groundbreaking medical device for diagnosing cardiac insufficiencies using ultrasound. As a C++ Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of the R&D team, responsible for designing, developing, and documenting applicative software in an embedded environment. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in complex software development, preferably in the medical device industry. Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, MATLAB, and GUI (Qt) are required, along with experience in SQL or NoSQL databases. Knowledge of hardware integration, image processing, and medical imaging is a plus. Flexibility, autonomy, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for this role.

eMyosound develops an innovative medical device to diagnose cardiac in

sufficiencies using ultrasound. As Software Engineer you will be part of the R&D team of this innovative startup. Your role will be to design, develop and document applicative software in an embedded environment. Your missions will change according to the projects.

Profil recherché

We are looking for an experienced engineer (MSc or higher) with 5+ years in complex software experience ideally in medical devices.

  • Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, MATLAB, GUI (Qt) under Windows/Linux.

  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.

  • Highly competent in architecture and software engineering (software life cycle, design patterns, UML, configuration management, testing tools, etc.).

  • Hardware integration knowledge (SDK, API, drivers).

  • Image processing and medical imaging knowledge would be appreciated.

  • Team player who is eager to help others to succeed.

  • English is a must have.

  • Flexibility and autonomy are required for this job.

  • This position requires regular short trips to meet our business partners.
