Emeraude Escape is looking for its future Creative Director.

In direct collaboration with the CEO, CTO and DA, you will be responsible for :

• Managing the creative team

  - - - - Directly: Project Managers

  - - - - Indirectly: Illustrators, motion designers, 3D designers, 3d animators, UX/UI designer, Sound designers throught our Art Director and project managers.
  + Developers & testers via our CTO

• Analyze the client’s brief, transcribe it for the creative teams (creative brief) and define the lines of thought.

• Present creative proposals to the client by arguing and defending the artistic choices and strategies considered.

• Organize and monitor production schedules.

• Be responsible for the conceptual, editorial and graphic quality of all our creations.

• Ensure that the brand identity of the creations is respected.

• Ensure reporting to the hierarchy on the progress of projects.

• Promote the continuous improvement of processes, work methods and the sharing of best practices.

• Train teams, give them the opportunity to develop their skills and promote them internally.

• Act as an “ambassador” for the company internally and with our customers

• Mastery of team skills is a plus (AI, AE, Miro, Figma, Blender, HTML, JS), please specify in the application

• German, Italian or Spanish speaking is a plus

• have several years of successful experience in a similar cross-functional position. Experience in an agency, in gaming or in digital is an advantage.

• This is a 100% onsite position with the possibility of occasional remote work.
