As a Growth Manager you will be in charge of the Scientific and Digital Marketing team. You will have to develop your senses to find innovative ways to generate effectively qualified leads (aka KPI4) with the acquisition team while keeping a close relationship with the scientific community. #seo, #growthhacking, #scientificcontent

Your mission, if you accept it, will be to accompany, organize, challenge and evaluate the team on defined digital marketing missions suiting Elvesys environment and growth objectives while maintaining an effective and synergetic work environment.

You will work closely with the sales team and product manager (to target relevant content) and our Innovation Unit (to refine your understanding of researchers’ needs).

To master this position we need a talented candidate with proven experience in managing similar teams, excellent track record in digital marketing & growth hacking and a deep interest in technology and instruments.

At Elvesys, it is not about selling, or promoting anything just for making money, we believe in scientific marketing, so marketing that is made to highlight the latest microfluidic discoveries or technologies to help researchers and engineers in any field of application to address their challenges and provide them the most suited microfluidic instrumentation for their application.

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

• Manage the Scientific and Digital Marketing team and promote the Elvesys culture.
• Report to your management (CMO / deputy CEO).
  - Guarantee the company website integrity, quality and efficiency. elveflow.com is way above its competitors in terms of ranking, traffic and content. It must remain so, this is your responsibility.
• Help piloting the mailing campaigns, newsletters, conferences/symposiums
• Define, plan drive and evaluate the multi-channels acquisition strategy. We use a wordpress-based website, a high-standard SEO strategy, SEA campaigns, social media management (Linkedin, twitter mainly) and mailing.
• Track analyse & check acquisition performance on a weekly basis on the various acquisition channels with tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, Mailchimp… and deepen your understanding of what worked, what didn’t work to iterate and continuously improve your strategy..

• Dual skills such as:

1. Master degree in Digital Marketing with work experience in a tech or scientific environment
2. IT/web education with work experience in marketing teams

• 3+ years of experience in Growth / Acquisition /Digital Marketing
• Experience in management (3 team members or more) and onboarding processes.
• Strong english communication skills (both oral & written) AND scientific interest if not background.
• Strong SEO skills.
• Self-driven and data-driven with excellent communication skills who can work within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
• Promote respect and goodwill so as motivation within the team.
