This is a unique opportunity to be part of an international and innovative organization while working on the biggest sporting event on the planet. 

Roles include managing operational staff and welcoming guests in one of the following areas: 

  • Welcome area at sports venues 

  • Hotels 

  • Ticket distribution points 

  • Welcome zones in the city 

  • Airports 

  • Train stations 

Position include :  

  • Food and Beverage/Hospitality Suite Coordinator 

  • Ticket/Asset Coordinator 

  • Guest Services/Concierge Coordinator 

  • Amenities/Shipping Coordinator 

  • Staffing Coordinator


Profil recherché

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the events management 

  • Fluent in French and English (other languages preferred) 

  • Strong multitasking skills 

  • Ability to prioritize tasks 

  • Capability to foster a positive team spirit 

  • Attention to detail 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • Fixed-term contract: 35 hours per week + overtime 

  • Gross salary: between €250 / €270 per day depending on completion bonus 

  • Location: Paris 

  • Contract duration: 21 to 29 days depending on the site + training* (number of days to be determined) 

  • Expected start date: 21/07/2024 

  • End-of-contract indemnities
