Are you ready to transform the wellness industry into a business with us?
We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass and revolutionize employees’ access to sports and wellness activities. 
In this role, you will play a key part in our company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and convincing new clients while building strong and lasting relationships with them. Reporting to the Belgian Team Lead, you will be part of a small and ambitious team ready to conquer the Belgian market.

Your responsibilities

  • Business Development: You prospect and develop a client portfolio by identifying companies’ specific needs and proposing tailored solutions.

  • Networking & Market Presence: You participate in meetings, industry events, and business gatherings to increase brand visibility and build strong relationships.

  • Consultative Selling: You support key stakeholders (HR Directors, Works Councils) in defining and implementing customized wellness solutions.

  • Negotiation & Closing: You lead strategic negotiations and successfully close deals within sales cycles of 3 to 9 months.

  • Customer Insight: You analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the value proposition and ensure high client satisfaction.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation aligned with business objectives.

  • Pipeline Management: You efficiently use internal tools and CRM systems to manage business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Onboarding & Product Mastery: You develop a strong understanding of the EGYM Wellpass offering, the wellness market, and our value proposition.

  • Market Development: You build your pipeline and actively contribute to expanding our presence in the Belgian market.

  • Sales Performance: You progressively close your first deals and contribute to the team’s sales objectives.

Profil recherché

  • Education: You graduated from a top business school or have an equivalent academic background.

  • B2B Sales Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to HR Directors or Works Councils.

  • Hunting Mindset: You are a true hunter who enjoys prospecting and developing new accounts.

  • Closing Skills: You master the art of negotiating and successfully closing deals.

  • Drive & Team Spirit: You are enthusiastic about commercial challenges and enjoy working collaboratively with a team.

  • Performance Orientation: You are comfortable managing KPIs and structuring your sales pipeline to achieve results.

  • Languages: You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English. French is a plus.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Discovery Interview: You meet with Dolihane, Talent Acquisition Manager (45 minutes) to discuss your background, motivation, and alignment with the role and our company culture.

  • Business Interview & Practical Case: You meet with John, Belgian Team Lead (1 hour) to discuss your sales experience and complete a practical case related to the role.

  • Leadership Interview: You meet with Jennifer, Sales Director (30 minutes) to discuss your strategic approach to sales and how you could contribute to the team’s growth.

  • Executive Discussion: You have a final conversation with one of our VP or Director (30 minutes) to explore your vision, ambitions, and fit with EGYM Wellpass’s long-term goals.
