Missions

As part of eFounders’ core team, you’ll be working directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager. Your mission will be to work closely with our early stage projects and help their fast-growing teams find the talent they need. The first employees in our startups include: developers, CSMs, sales, designers and more!

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Source profiles on open positions in every fields (tech, ops, sales, marketing…)
• Understanding our projects’ needs to help them along processes
• Build job descriptions, scorecards and other documents
• Defining suitable sourcing strategies and hiring plans for each position
• Qualify and screen candidates
• Take a proactive stance on sourcing and contacting candidates through social networks, CV banks, and more
• Managing and challenging our existing recruiting process, and offer mentorship to our founders to help them be better in the process
• Work on employer brand initiatives with our marketing and ops team
• Ensure that the entire hiring process is up to our expectations in terms of diversity and culture

• You have a “get it done” mindset, you’re rigorous, and you don’t give up easily
• You have 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment agency or startup
• You master sourcing and head-hunting tactics
• You are fluent in English & French
