The Mission
Your goal: Become a product expert and make sure our prospects and clients adopt, use, and love the product

Your missions: thanks to your help, you should be able to write Success Stories with each of our client 🤗

Our clients 💍

Our clients are mostly B2B SaaS companies in France and the US

They have between 4 and 20 Sales in their team

You’ll have to manage the relationship with the KDM (Head of Sales, Sales Manager, VP Sales) and the end users (Account Executives, Sales Rep)

👉 You will have to:
30% of you time: Manage a portfolio of different clients

  • Write success stories with each client 🚀
  • Act as a referent and maintain an excellent customer relationship
  • Get as much feedbacks as possible about their needs, their pains, what they like/dislike about the product
  • Identify potential upsell
    40% of your time: Drive adoption, usage and engagement 💕
  • Onboard new clients in a personalized way depending on their challenges
  • Make sure they adopt the product during the trial period and afterward
  • Understand what frictions they might have in the adoption, help them to get over it and give feedbacks to the product team
  • Develop new training format and new content to help our user adopt the product
  • Make sure they are successful and reach their objectives thanks to our help
  • Analyze datas (a lot) to understand how they behave, what they like about the product, where you could help them and what we can improve
    10% of your time: Help us improve the efficiency ⚒
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes
    20% of your time: Be the voice of the client for the rest of the Team 📣
  • At Bonjour, we want to base our strategy and our actions on our clients feedbacks. You’ve heard that 1000 times before? Well a (big) part of your mission will be to make sur it’s not just words but a reality
  • Embody the client, be the voice of the client with our Product team. You’ll need to work hand in hand with our Product team to make sure their feedbacks are taken into account and their requests correctly translated and prioritized
  • And again, write with each clients multiple success stories :)

👉 Your Future Team
We are 9 people at Bonjour and plan to recruit more than 10 more people in the next 12 month! You will join our CSM team made up of one people (Henri de Bouteiller) and work with the Sales Team, the Product Team and the Makerting/Growth team

In three years you will be able to say: “I was here when we were 10” 😉


Profil recherché

👉 We would need
🇬🇧 Good command of English: Bonjour is an international structure with clients from different countries, being able to speak with them as a CSM would be a plus.
🇫🇷 Bilingual or fluent in French: As most of your colleagues and clients will be french, it might help as well
⛹️‍♀️ A strong desire to learn new things every day and to improve your game
🔥 A good energy and dynamism to share with the team !!!
🧗‍♂️ Proactivity, everyone is a potential contributor, on every subject (including which bar should be our future HQ)
📊 Data Driven ! Because datas became the oil of the 21st century only it’s much less polluting

Bonus :
🧑‍💻 2-3 years as CSM or Sales in a SaaS company is a plus
⛅ Knowledge about Salesforce (CRM) and CSM tools (Vitally/Catalyst/Salesmachine) is a plus
