YOUR ROLE

The Mobility Business Line was created in 2016 to structure Edenred's ambition to become a global leader in the Mobility space, leveraging its strong positions in Latin America (Brazil, Mexico & Argentina) and Europe (Germany, France, Italy, UK, Poland etc). The Business line represents ~25% of Group operating revenue (€624m in FY2024) and encompasses a wide range of Energy & Mobility products (Fuel and Electric Vehicle charging, parking & wash, toll, maintenance and other payment solutions).

Mobility activity is growing at a fast pace (+11% in 2024), both organically and through M&A, with a strong growth ambition for the coming 5 years.

With a global scope (Europe and LatAm), the Mobility Strategy team is in charge of both exploring development adjacencies, and pushing top line growth, for the Business Line.

The team is reporting directly to the 'COO Mobility', in charge of Mobility globally, and member of Edenred global executive committee.

In order to elevate the revenue capabilities of the Business Line, we are seeking a Revenue Intelligence manager. This role is crucial for supporting the Revenue Ops Manager in all analytical tasks. This includes analyzing trends, refining strategies, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure alignment with our revenue goals.

The objective is also to enhance and refine our pricing strategy, addressing both our customers and merchants (such as energy retailers, maintenance workshops, etc.).

To succeed in your mission, you will work hand in hand with Strategy, Pricing, Sales and Marketing teams in EMEA and LatAm.

Your missions will be the following:

1. Market and Customer Insights

  • Analyze competitors' go-to-market strategies;
  • Monitor and evaluate global and regional trends in sales, marketing, and mobility-related innovations (e.g., EV adoption, fleet management, energy prices);
  • Leverage customer data to refine segmentation strategies, identify high-value segments, and provide insights to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

2. Performance metrics & Forecasting

  • Develop dashboards and tools for real-time visibility into revenue and OKR performance across teams. Especially, master LTV, CAC, NRR analyses;
  • Build predictive models using advanced analytics and AI tools to forecast revenue trends and guide strategic planning;
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses to inform specific business decisions.

3. Pricing strategy for the Business Line

  • Analyze current pricing mechanisms and benchmark them against competitors;
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, along with BUs. Analyze performance and adjust accordingly;
  • Define with local Mobility operations, some pricing standards to push across Business Line (eg. best practices in terms of bundled offers).

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, FP&A, strategic marketing, pricing or growth, preferably within a multi-regional organization;
  • Data-driven, with strong ability to analyze market trends, competitor strategies and marketing positioning;
  • Literate about AI tools applied for analytical purpose;
  • Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively;
  • Comfort working in international and matrixed environments, including influencing without direct authority;
  • Proficiency with data management tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI);
  • Mastering of Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), with advanced Excel skills;
  • Fluent in English; a 2nd language is a plus (Portuguese, German, Spanish, Italian);
  • The position will include travel abroad, especially in Europe and LatAm;
  • Educational background in Engineering, Business, or a related field
