Descriptif du poste

EasyMile has new projects and the R&D team is growing! Therefore we are looking for our future colleague to help us increase our features. You will join a team of >80 R&D engineers at the cutting edge of autonomous navigation technology, and work in a modern & open source environment. 

You will join our amazing Advanced Navigation team and work on the research and design of solutions to predict the motion of adverse traffic participants on the road (including vehicles and pedestrians).

Position details:

  • Contract: permanent full time

  • Location: Toulouse (31), partial remote is possible

Your responsabilies:

  • Carry out the bibliographic research for state-of-the-art solutions

  • Evaluate and develop new methods for expanding our autonomous driving capabilities, addressing future business needs in various environments.

  • Implement selected solution into EasyMile technology stack following the in-house quality standards (including specification, documentation and tests)

  • Support the feature through the different stages of lifecycle (from specification to on-site deployment on vehicle)

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of autonomous vehicles navigation, and incorporate relevant innovations into our technology stack.


Profil recherché

There is no typical profile at EasyMile, we all come from different backgrounds and that is what makes us strong! Don’t hesitate to apply if you are motivated and interested by innovative transportation and technologies.

We are looking for:

  • Ph.D. or Master with 3 years of experience in related domains

  • Fluent in French or English with minimum writing skills in English

  • Expertise in Prediction algorithms, state estimation, probability theory

Desirable:

  • Knowledge in Motion and path planning algorithms, traffic prediction, machine learning, POMDP, HMM, optimization

  • Experience with software development (python, modern C++)


Déroulement des entretiens

  • 30 minutes call with the recruitment team

  • Meeting with the team, technical tests

  • One hour interview with the manager and the recruitment advisor
