Since 2017, EasyMile has pioneered a groundbreaking partnership with TLD, focusing on the development of autonomous vehicles tailored for airports and industrial environments. Our flagship product, the EZTow electric 25-ton tow tractor, has reached a mature stage and is now being commercialized through a dedicated joint venture between EasyMile and TLD. With a trajectory pointing towards rapid expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Project Director to lead this pivotal project.

Your Role:

This important and visible role, reporting directly to the General Manager and part of EasyMile’s executive committee, is in charge of managing two key autonomous vehicle projects for EasyMile. They are the fastest growing projects of EasyMile and central to the strategy of the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assume ownership of EasyMile’s EZTow project and other collaborative ventures with TLD. Responsible for delivering on time, on specifications and on budget on these vehicle projects.

• Roadmap Management: Collaborate closely with TLD and the joint venture and EasyMile teams to align on project roadmaps that aligns with EasyMile’s vision.

• End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to eventual phase-out. Drive R&D priorities and orchestrate successful launches of new software iterations.

• Collaborate with EasyMile’s General Management to architect a robust framework for managing the relationship with TLD and the joint venture.

• Handle day-to-day interactions and contractual obligations with TLD and the joint company, safeguarding EasyMile’s performance on all fronts (operational and financial).

• Manage a team of 4 direct reports

• Project/Product Management Pedigree: Proven track record in project/product management within a high-tech environment.

• Key Account Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships and contractual relationships.

• Entrepreneurial Drive: entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, autonomy, and a collaborative nature. A penchant for creative problem-solving.

• Analytical Agility: Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Driven by pragmatism and an unwavering customer focus.

• Leadership: Good communication, leadership, and energizing abilities to rally cross-functional teams. Good negotiation skills. A builder and enabler who fosters cooperation and crafts win-win solutions.

• Proficiency in English and French is mandatory, German proficiency is an advantage.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Robust Robotics Realm: Experience in robotics or related fields is an advantageous addition.

• Engineering degree

• Call with the recruitment team
