Internship details
Duration: 5-6 months (starting date is flexible)
Location: Toulouse
Team: System & Safety
Monthly gratuity 1000€ gross, tickets restaurant Swile, CSE
Project Overview: For our next-generation platforms, we are designing a robust data and error reporting system. The goal is to provide all stakeholders (from our internal test engineers to our end customers) with powerful diagnostic capabilities. An effective solution will accelerate root-cause analysis and significantly reduce system downtime, directly improving our customer experience.
Your Mission: This project will give you ownership of the early phases of a design lifecycle, from initial concept to a concrete development roadmap. Your main responsibilities will include:
Actors and lifecycle definition: Identify all users involved in diagnostic tasks (e.g., engineers, technicians, customers) and define their specific roles and needs throughout the product lifecycle
Analyze & Capture Requirements: Investigate and document user needs and operational use cases while evaluating the technical constraints of our current system architecture.
Solution Design: Architect and specify a comprehensive technical solution that addresses:
The efficient capture of relevant raw data and error codes from the embedded systems.
The processing and presentation of tailored diagnostic information for each user type.
The definition of any associated software or hardware tools required for analysis.
Roadmap Definition: Define a detailed technical breakdown and create the associated development roadmap, adhering to our internal processes.
Throughout your internship, you will utilize the methods and tools commonly deployed within our System team for specifying technical features and defining operational, functional, and technical architectures.
Impact: The success of this internship will directly lead to the integration of your proposed solution into the official roadmap for our next-generation platforms. Your work will have a tangible impact on our future products.
