The opportunity
Your mission is to help the Supply team build an engaged and always growing community of trusted owners across France and Belgium.
From the single car owner to the small fleet owner, you will work on the full lifecycle of these segments depending on the Getaround’s objectives: acquisition, conversion, engagement, growth and quality.
What you’ll do
Acquiring new car owners and helping them grow is key to support the growth of the Getaround platform. As a part of the Supply team, reporting to Julien (Head of Supply) and working in tandem with Anne (Owner Growth Manager), you will have the following missions (not exhaustive):
You will engage with inbound leads looking to register a car (or a car fleet) on our platform and convert them as successful owners starting day one. To do so, you will have to pitch the service and its technology to help them move forward at every stage of the conversion funnel, from account creation to their first rental.
As the owners’ primary point of contact in your assigned market, you will leverage data-driven insights to identify and guide them on where they should focus their investments (car, location, quality, pricing, etc.) to sustainably grow their business on our platform.
You will proactively engage with owners that have not completed the full onboarding funnel, to understand their blockers, guide them and lead them towards their first successful rental on the platform. You will use your insights to build processes and workflows that facilitate their journey on Getaround.
You will act as the voice of our owners within the organization, escalating key issues to the appropriate stakeholders and proactively sharing feedback to drive continuous improvements. Some examples of tasks you will be responsible for:
Content creation (blog articles, update the help center, attend to on/offline events, etc.)
Suggest Product improvements to make our platform the perfect tool for owners
Suggest actions to improve the quality of service delivered by owners
Collaborate with other departments to roll-out initiatives
You have at least 1.5 years of experience in a Customer Success or Sales position within a fast-paced environment.
Fluent French and English language skills are required.
You understand the importance of building trusted relationships in order to drive growth.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You are organised, autonomous and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
Good team player to work across the teams and voice car owners’ concerns internally.
