Your missions 🚀

If you share our ambition and feel ready to deliver our strong commitments, join the Permitting and Environmental team - you will be directly reporting to Annabelle, Admin Manager.

Your main missions:

[Urban Planning Mission]

  • Preparation of graphical documents and drafting of the cerfa for urban planning authorization files (building permits, preliminary declarations, ERP work authorizations, authorization in the case of preliminary declarations, etc.) and monitoring their processing by state services.

  • Creation of standard CUa, CUb files.

  • Drafting of joint DT/DICT (works declaration/damage declaration to existing networks).

  • Ensuring compliance with processing deadlines.

  • Drafting of administrative documents necessary for the smooth running and commissioning of the project.

  • Leading internal meetings and meetings with various state regulatory services and local elected officials.

  • Creating a relational network, especially with decision-makers of EV charging infrastructure master plans.

  • Conducting legal monitoring (tracking developments in urban planning, environment, etc.).

  • Managing technical studies (asbestos diagnosis, topographical study, soil study, sizing of shading structures, etc.).

[Electrical Connection Dossier Management Mission]

  • Preparing electricity connection files with ENEDIS and other network operators.

  • Ensuring compliance with processing deadlines.

  • Leading internal meetings and meetings with various state regulatory services and local elected officials.

  • Conducting legal monitoring (tracking developments in urban planning, environment, etc.).

[Administrative Mission]

  • Building and monitoring subsidy files.

  • As well as any mission necessary for the proper functioning of the service.

💼 Hard skills

  • With a Master’s degree (Engineering School, University Master, or Business School) in the field of urban planning and territorial development, you have a significant first experience of at least 2 years, including 1 continuous year of missions in urbanism, preferably with a specialty in the field of the environment, in a study office and/or in the field of renewable energies.

  • You have project management experience, and as projects multiply, your organizational skills and diligence enable you to manage several simultaneously.

  • You are familiar with the various regulations related to your position.

  • You have proficiency in office tools (MS Office suite and Google suite – Sheets, Docs, Slides).

  • A good command of English is a plus.
