Job description

We are a leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across the globe. We are lucky to have a team of 100+ experts, working remotely and in offices across France and the U.S.

We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth, running paid marketing campaigns faster, integrating customer data with confidence and generating sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We're looking for a Paid Search Consultant to join our dynamic Traffic Department - a team of consultants eager to help each other grow and learn new skills!

 Your missions:

  • Manage high-budget advertising campaigns (+100k€/month) on Google & Bing ads
  • Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin and quality) within your portfolio (20-25 clients) and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Harness data to continuously improve quality, volume and revenue
  • Test, learn, and iterate on new use cases to find the best ways to improve the existing advertising strategies
  • Work with Sales and Marketing-Operations teams to build and operate acquisition funnels
  • Contribute to Dolead tech advantage by using tools to create and optimize ads campaigns and propose new features to implement to Dolead Product team.

Your profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Search advertising (Google & Bing ads) managing lead generation/conversion/acquisition campaigns
  • Multi account management experience
  • Strong performance-mindset & analytical skills
  • Proactive, creative, and data-driven
  • Fluent English - any other language is a plus ! 
  • Eager to join an international environment
