We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America. We are lucky to have a team of 90+ experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in our offices in France and the US.

We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We are looking for an English speaking experienced Customer Success Manager to jon our Parisian office and work with a portfolio of clients (UK market)

Permanent role - based in Paris 

Your missions:

  • Developing solid relationships and trust with a portfolio of clients by acquiring a thorough understanding of key clients needs, KPIs and requirements
  • Be responsible for achieving the quantitative and qualitative business objectives for your own portfolio of clients
  • Unlock Upsell opportunities (categories, geo, budget / price) to develop target revenue (GR / NR / NRR)
  • Identify and prevent churn risk in your portfolio
  • Build your knowledge of the category your key clients operate in
  • Manage Client reporting and perform deep-dive analysis when required
  • Work collaboratively with the Delivery team (Traffic, Performance, Tech Ops, Finance) to meet your objectives of increasing the Net Revenue.
  • Carry out sales follow-up inthe CRM system
  • Participate in weekly sales reporting and ask for support / input where required
  • Forecasting and sales reporting (weekly, monthly)

Profile

  • Min 3 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management, managing a portfolio of clients and unlocking cross/upsell opportunities
  • Strong sales drive
  • Analytical mindset and rigorous
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Fluent in English - other  european languages are a plus.
  • Autonomous; proactive, showing initiative to achieve your sales target
  • A first experience in Paid advertising and/or Lead Generation is a plus
  • You are able to work in a fast paced environment
