Your Job:

We’re seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our People team at Siilo. Your role will encompass a wide range of initiatives, from creating and maintaining a ‘gezellig’ office space and environment for our team at our HQ in Amsterdam to supporting the team with organising events and people
-related projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to ensuring that all current and future employees are engaged, productive, and happy!

You will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for all things in the office
  • Coordinating the office’s administration and logistics to ensure an organised, clean, and safe working environment
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing postal packages and mail
  • Keeping the office stocked with food & drinks and managing grocery deliveries
  • Setting up daily lunch at the office  
  • Making sure employees have everything they need while at the office (desk, chair, supplies, etc.) and ordering office supplies when necessary
  • Collaborating with the global Workplace Experience team 
  • Partnering with the People team to plan, organise, and support activities and company events

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Experience in office management, team assistant, customer service, customer support, or similar 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high standard of integrity
  • Fast learner with a talent for organisation
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • A people
    -first, compassion
    -first mindset combined with a clear, approachable, and friendly communication style
  • Ability to work 12
    -16 hours per week (ideally 3
    -4 hrs/day Monday
    -Thursday) from the office in Amsterdam
