Their goal: To bring the customers into our product: understanding behaviour, attitudes, and needs. You will join a truly outstanding, ambitious, and talented research team.

Your role / Your missions

Over the past 2 years, our creative Design team has been growing and now includes more than 25 multicultural and multidisciplinary designers, content creators & researchers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a User Researcher Ops Intern to join the team! Here is a rundown of some of your responsibilities:  

• On a daily basis, you will be in charge of coordinating research sessions for both product and design teams. 
• Be the point of contact for our customers. 
• Be part of a growing team and work hand-in-hand with our direct and indirect stakeholders in France and Germany. .
• Coordinate interviews with users and be their main interlocutor.
• Welcoming research requests and participating in the optimization of internal processes.
