This position can be full or partially remote.

Doctolib is looking for a Data Analyst to help our teams grow our base of healthcare professionals as well as offering the best user experience to our 60M monthly European visitors. Within the Data Team, your objective will be to transform big data into smart data to help our teams make informed decisions.

Important information at Doctolib: our data is fully encrypted and anonymized.

Your mission

We have 2 main missions: Provide easy and safe access to actionable information and partner with business to assist in decision making. Your mission include:

• Be the main point of contact to your scope and provide them the right data to help them validating their hypothesis, orientate their roadmap and monitor their KPIs

• Help and facilitate Dotolibers key decision making by providing deep
  -dive analysis

• Define, build, and monitor macro Doctolib KPIs

• Collaborate with other Data Team members to share technical, analytical and statistical best practices as well as making our Data Stack evolve in order to gain in scalability and productivity

• Build positive and trustful relationship while working with key stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges & opportunities

• You'll have opportunities to work with other Data Analysts on innovative and transversal topics. Regular events such as Datackathon are also organized to encourage innovation and creativity.

• ETL: Airflow

• Data warehouse: AWS S3 / Redshift

• BI / Reporting: Periscope Data / Sisense / Tableau

  -Hoc / Exploration: Periscope Data, Jupyter notebooks, Datagrip

Your skills

You could be our next teammate if you have: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Economics, etc.)

• 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis acquired

• Good SQL skills, BI tool knowledge (Tableau, Periscope, Sisense, etc.), Python/R skills are a plus

• Good statistical and/or development skills

• English speaking on a fluent level is a must and additional language skills in German or French would be a plus

• Excellent communication skills: experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly. Ability to present analytics to a wide range of constituents in a relatable and understandable manner

• Strong analytical and problem
  -solving skills, ability to think strategically and “outside the box”

As of October 2021, we provide 3 working modes, depending on your team set up. 

• Hybrid: you work 2 to 3 days per week from the office

• Office
  -based: you always work from the office

• Remote: you work remotely and meet your team once a month
