What you’ll do

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be part of the Business Performance Tech team and your mission will be to support the growth of Doctolib. To overcome this challenge, you will work closely with the :

  • Sales and Marketing teams, to reduce customer acquisition costs by optimizing the sales engine and sales cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient processes from lead generation to conversion.
  • Onboarding teams, to provide a positive and seamless onboarding experience (including contract signature, account creation, billing, etc.).
  • Customer care teams, to automate and streamline customer support processes to minimize operating costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Tech & Product teams, to design the best integrations between the Salesforce platform and the Doctolib products.
  • Data, Security & IT teams, to support the Salesforce platform integration within the entire Doctolib ecosystem.

You’ll join the Business Performance leadership team to support all features teams. Alongside others architects with different specialities, you’ll bring your Salesforce expertise to define and support the long
-term vision and day
-to
-day processes & deliveries.

Your responsibilities will be to :

  • Lead the end
    -to
    -end Salesforce implementation process, working closely with our 3 Salesforce feature teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and drive successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed in solution development and coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and quality assurance to ensure high
    -quality deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization and integrations, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Architect the Salesforce platform (including CI/CD platform) to optimize performance, scalability and integration capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance of the Salesforce platform with high security and privacy standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Who you are

You could be our next teammate if you have:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect in a B2B company or similar environment.
  • Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect, are highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing end
    -to
    -end Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Service Cloud and billing/cpq.
    • PKOlid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL.
  • Excellent problem
    -solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
