What you'll do:

Doctolib is looking for a Medical Quality & Process Program Manager, to join our Medical Excellence team, and contribute to the delivery of medical initiatives with a direct public health impact.

Your mission will be to spread and share medical culture in house, and assess and implement the necessary quality processes to ensure compliance with regulation as well as best in class positioning in terms of quality.

You will be the owner of the medical processes strategy and delivery, for all Doctolib products, across all geographies (especially France and Germany). Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will have the opportunity to present your conclusions and recommendations directly to Doctolib ComEx members.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Medical Process program Manager is in charge of compliance with medical legislation and guidelines that apply to Doctolib’s products, and takes any necessary action to ensure that internal quality processes are in place or updated, and implement some if necessary. You will also be the internal evangelist on medical culture in
-house.This will include assessing Doctolib’s products internal processes, to ensure they are compliant with current regulations and best
-in
-class.


- Support internal teams on Medical projects, such as:

  • Strategy teams on the evaluation of new medical initiatives in terms of processes and regulations
  • Product & Tech teams on implementation of new medical processes


- Build and share internal knowledge about health regulations for softwares: 

  • Conduct market intelligence benchmarks & identify best practices
  • Participate to consortiums, meet
    -ups and events on medical regulations


- Implement internal Medical Quality processes (Medical By Design):

  • Assess medical quality process needs internally
  • Validate 100% of the medical processes in our product
  • Support the different teams in the implementation of these processes


- Assess & ensure compliance with medical regulation needs, in interaction with legal teams, including the analysis of the products re
-certification needs and coordination certification process if needed

Who you are:

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs or quality management (expert or project management) in a digital health company
  • You already implemented a Medical Quality Management process, or a Medical Device certification. You have knowledge of the standards and regulations applicable to medical devices such as:
    • Regulation (EU) 2017/745
    • ISO 13485
  • You have a degree in biomedical area or medical studies (medical device, bioengineering, health)
  • You are structured, have a strong analytical mindset & project management skills, and are very result/action
    -oriented 
  • You have excellent communication skills, and you are ready to exchange with all kinds of internal teams
  • You are fluent in French and English

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • Have healthcare or medical experience 
  • It is a plus if you speak German and/or Italia

Job details: 

    • Permanent position
    • Full Time 
    • Role based in Levallois (Headquarter)
    • Hybrid: you work 2 to 3 days per week from the office
    • Start date: asap
    • Remuneration : fix + bonus on objectives (according to your profile)
