About the Role:
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work closely with our Head of Design, our Lead Product Designer and the wider Design and Product teams. Your main mission: bring strategic oversight and UX depth to our product development. You’ll help validate and guide major product initiatives, while contributing to the evolution of our design practices.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Deep understanding of user needs, analytics, and market trends through workshops, research, and data analysis.
- Designing and validating wireframes, mockups, and user flows in Figma, in collaboration with Product Owners and Developers.
- Co-managing our UI kit and Design System (Figma tokens, atomic components, layouts, visual assets) with our design team.
- Bringing a UX-focused mindset to all stages of product ideation, ensuring usability and user impact are always top of mind.
- Mentoring the Product designer with Design reviews.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally on SaaS products.
- A strong grasp of UX best practices, combined with a solid understanding of UI craft.
- Proficiency in Figma and autonomy in managing components, flows, and collaborative design.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive mindset and sense of ownership.
- Curiosity and an analytical approach to user needs, always looking for ways to improve the product experience.
- A collaborative spirit: you love sharing ideas, challenging assumptions, and learning from others.
