Your Mission
As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of Diabolocom’s contact center solutions within large and strategic accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business, operations and technology to ensure our solutions deliver measurable value to our clients.
You will be embedded within the Sales organization, working closely with Sales, Product, Delivery and Partners to support complex sales cycles and successful deployments.
A core part of your role will be to produce high-quality written deliverables — from RFP responses to delivery documentation — ensuring clarity, consistency and enterprise-level standards.
Your Responsibilities
You will contribute across the full customer lifecycle — from pre-sales to delivery and long-term success:
Pre-Sales & Business Consulting:
• Act as a subject-matter expert on contact center operations, customer experience and business processes
• Support sales teams during client meetings, workshops, demos and executive presentations
• Analyze customer needs, processes and challenges in order to propose relevant, high-value solutions
• Participate in RFPs, tenders and large-scale bids, producing well-structured, compelling and professional responses
• Draft and structure business, functional and solution documentation expected by large enterprises under supervision of the teams in charge of the delivery
• Position Diabolocom as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
Client Engagement & Delivery Support:
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured and actionable deliverables for project and delivery teams
• Produce and maintain delivery documentation (functional specifications, solution designs, workflows, use cases, business scenarios)
• Prepare and lead client presentations and validation workshops
• Support the deployment and adoption phases, ensuring the solution fits the client’s real-world operations under supervision of the teams in charge of the delivery
• Conduct client audits (processes, KPIs, organization, tools, maturity).
Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Work in close collaboration with Sales, Product, Project, Support, Tech teams and Partners
• Contribute to the structuring and scaling of Diabolocom’s enterprise offering
• Share methodologies, templates, best practices and field feedback internally to continuously improve our consulting and delivery standards.
Business Development:
• Leverage your professional network to identify new opportunities, clients and partners
• Participate in building Diabolocom’s market credibility with large organizations.
About You
You are a business-oriented consultant with strong expertise in customer experience and enterprise environments.
You bring:
• Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles within large organizations or complex environments
• Solid exposure to the contact center / customer experience ecosystem
• Strong ability to write, structure and formalize complex ideas into clear, professional and convincing documents
• Experience producing RFP responses, business cases, functional documents or delivery artifacts
• The ability to understand business challenges, ask the right questions and translate them into effective solutions
• A strong sense of ownership, autonomy, initiative and accountability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to interact comfortably with Operational teams, Technical teams, Senior management and C-level executives
• A curious, autonomous and proactive mindset
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
