As part of the Munich office, you will be nurturing the bond with the Headquarters in Paris and ensuring flawless operations locally in a small and dedicated team. With an entrepreneurial mindset, your goal is to support the growth of this region with a wide variety of responsibilities.
Operations:
Supply chain supervision (deliveries and stock management)
IT support and training on the various software used in the company (Retail, Sales and administration software)
CSS support for Germany & Austria dealers, and the main contact with the CSS company
Processes design and optimisation (SAP by Design for Information Systems, Wholesale, Retail, Stocks, Finance)
Be the main touch point for the Retail teams on their organisation’s subjects
Supporting the Germany & Austria sales manager with the wholesale partners
Managing dashboards and processes to monitor stock levels and SAP reconciliation in agreement with HQ policies
Operate stores and concessions for X FTEs, manage Rotas and daily operations (ie. special offers execution)
Accounting / HR:
Collect and transmit invoices and other admin documents between the Accounting team in Paris and the Accounting/tax firm in Munich
Link with the external payroll contractor
Legal (ie, supplier contracts follow-up, leases for retail premises)
Relay on local HR topics (ie. payroll, leave management)
Reporting to the Germany & Austria Sales Manager
You are graduated from a business school or university in Business Administration or any other relevant field
You have a strong connection to or experience living or working in Germany
You have great ability to build and structure an organisation
You are proactive, very autonomous and solution-driven
You feel comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
You are willing to take responsibilities and be accountable for your field of expertise
You are fluent in German & in English (French is an appreciated plus)
You are proficient in Excel and comfortable with management software (previous experience on SAP By Design and Salesforce is a plus)
You have previous relevant professional experience in business administration or operations (1 to 3 years of experience)
Phone interview with the HR manager, followed by a video interview with the N+1 and N+2. Next, a video chat with the Head of CSS, then a final interview with the N+3. Finally, a few reference checks will wrap up the hiring process.
