We are now hiring a Human Resources Assistant Apprentice for 12 months to join our team as soon as possible.

The HR Assistant supports the Talent Team with the HR planning needs, providing administrative support related to recruitment, performance management and day-to-day operational requirements.

This is a full-time commitment in which this role will support the HR Business Partner and the HR Manager regarding the day-to-day HR planning, HR operational needs and will perform a variety of employee-related administrative tasks.

Role description:

  • Collaborate with the HRBP to post job opportunities, process incoming resumes and plan interviews in a timely manner,
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding information and explaining company policies,
  • Conducts orientation for new employees and serve as a first point of contact for addressing new hire administrative issues,
  • Collaborate with HRBP & HR Manager to plan performance review meetings, drop-in sessions and prepare reports,
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and planning,
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications,
  • Take notes during meetings and summarise the next steps.


  • Similar role in the HR administrative field will be appreciated.
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software, HRIS etc.
  • Computer literacy and experience with MS Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferred apprenticeship rhythm: 2 weeks of attendance in the organisation, 1 week of attendance at school.
  • Languages: English and French – fluent, other languages are an advantage.
