We are now hiring a Booking Officer to join our team as soon as possible.

The Booking Officer supports the Delivery Logistics Team to manage bookings of DU EMEA events and internal meetings, ensuring the strategic planning of space management.

This role will support the Delivery Logistics Team and associated vendors to drive internal operations to completion.

Role description:

Booking and Administration

  • Supports services to Deloitte Event organisers and is responsible for introduction and communication on DU EMEA facility.
  • Supports booking management for Deloitte Events, internal meetings and individual bookings.
  • Oversees the Deloitte Event confirmation process and registration pack creation.
  • Manages Deloitte Event approval process.
  • Informs Onsite Coordinators and Meeting Planners of confirmed Deloitte Events and internal meetings.
  • Coordinates the publishing of bookings in line with the booking system in place.
  • Allocates meeting spaces based on requirements and space optimisation targets in Hotel Management System.
  • Provides support to the Scheduling and Registration Team Members when required.
  • Participates in weekly Facility operational - and ‘Planning and Scheduling’ meetings.
  • Works together with the rest of the team to further define and shape the Booking and Scheduling Team. This includes defining, documenting, and implementing processes to realise efficiencies.

Skills:

  • Previous experience: minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related role.
  • Learning programme administration and scheduling experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel). 
  • Languages: English and French fluent, other languages are an advantage.
