We are looking for an alternant to join our Ops/Partners team. As an International Buying & Supply Analyst Alternant, you will actively contribute to the development and optimization of Delicorner’s international snack programs, with a focus on our core markets.
You will support the Head of Partners in structuring and improving our international procurement and logistics operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with suppliers, analyzing data, and building scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities:
Ordering and stock oversight: Handle order placements, stock monitoring, and weekly inventory reconciliation with our local warehouses.
Assortment management: Build and maintain Delicorner’s product assortments in collaboration with suppliers and partners.
Supplier relationship management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure delivery accuracy, resolve issues, and maintain healthy partnerships.
Product & supplier database: Maintain a structured and up-to-date database of all articles, suppliers, prices, and product characteristics.
Sourcing: Identify new suppliers or products to improve our offering or margin.
Consulting and negotiation: Participate in the consultation process and price negotiations when sourcing new partners.
Invoicing and disputes: Track supplier invoices, manage reconciliation, and resolve disputes.
Cross-functional coordination: Work with logistics partners to coordinate deliveries and align operations with our offering and stock availability.
Performance tracking: Monitor supplier performance and margin evolution, and create KPIs to evaluate consumption, content, and cost-effectiveness of our snack programs.
Offer development: Support the creation and evolution of Delicorner’s snack programs based on usage data and customer feedback.
We are looking for someone eager to grow within a fast-paced, international team, with strong attention to detail and a hands-on mindset.
Studies: You are in the final year of a Business or Engineering School program, specializing in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
Experience: You have a first successful experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Operations.
Food industry interest: You ideally have a first experience in the food sector and a genuine interest in this industry.
Autonomy and structure: You’re organized, able to manage several responsibilities in parallel, and take initiative without waiting to be told what to do.
Analytical skills: You enjoy working with data to make decisions, spot inconsistencies, and propose improvements.
Interest in supply chain & procurement: You’re curious about how products move, how to build a strong assortment, and how to improve margins and processes.
International mindset: You’re excited to work across multiple countries and in English on a daily basis.
Tools: Comfortable with Google Sheets, and ideally familiar with Notion, Airtable, Slack, and basic data analysis.
Languages: Professional proficiency in English and French is mandatory. German or Dutch is a plus.
