Our team expands Deezer’s reach through partnerships with leading companies in Retail, Media, Telecom, and more. We enable these organizations to distribute Deezer to their customer base and also provide innovative music solutions for our partners’ businesses. This team is tasked with growing revenue and subscriber engagement for Deezer and its partners. The EMEA Strategic Partnerships team is currently looking for a super motivated candidate to support the team and help us increase our footprint and our subscribers base.
As a Strategic Partnership EMEA Trade Marketing & Business Analyst apprentice you will help launch and develop strategic commercial partnerships across 10+ countries in our region including France, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, and the Balkans. .
You will support the team in analysis, day-to-day operations to keep the partnerships running, in keeping internal and external stakeholders well informed and meticulously executing partner projects.
You will report into the Strategic Partnerships team, within the Chief Commercial Officer’s organisation. The role requires a high level of transversal collaboration with teams like Analytics, Partner Marketing, CRM, Product and Partner Integration, Content, Editorial, Design Studio, Artist Relations, Business Operations, and others.
Key responsibilities:
Provide transversal and scaled support to a set of partners
Support strategic account managers to leverage partner sales channels (e.g., digital, retail, CRM, point of sales) to drive user acquisition, upsell, and engagement on Deezer
Develop sales assets for our partners digital channels and physical salesforce: training presentations, leaflets, brochures, goodies, newsletter, assets for websites
Create internal and external presentation materials
Support the Fnac-Darty partnership
Manage merchandising in Fnac and Darty stores : collaborate with the brand & communication team, ensure coordination with our merchandising agency, the Fnac merchandising team and their production agency to secure implementation
Ensure the right in-store execution and sales actions with our external field force in delivering key information, training tools, performance tracking and actions, in line with our brand identity.
Manage weekly business performance reporting updates : crunch the data and monitor KPIs to understand our business performance vs. business plan
Attend and support partner meetings with agenda management, note-taking, coordination of presentation materials, meeting follow ups and post mortems reports
This is an apprenticeship starting August 2025 (an earlier start date would be a plus) for a duration of (at least) 1 year.
This role may be a great fit for you if the below describes you:
A Masters student in Economics, Business, or Marketing
International and intercultural mindset with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and French. Business fluency in other languages is a plus
Very at ease with data and business KPIs analysis, Excel and Powerpoint.
A rigorous person who is autonomous and able to demonstrate prioritisation skills.
Positive and enthusiastic mindset (to blend in with the team)
Partner-oriented with a hands-on, can-do attitude and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges
