You will join a talented team of 10 Product Designers overseeing the user experience on our different platforms. As part of your mission, you will work closely with a lead product designer and other designers on topics related to account management, growth, monetization and B2B partnerships.
In collaboration with data analysts, PMs and user researcher, our mission is to optimize and increase Deezer’s growth while keeping our core strong.
What you will do:
Collaborate to identify new growth opportunities and influence roadmap
Be the owner of the user experience for some of our growth journey
In collaboration with the lead Product Designer, be accountable for your topics from product discovery to delivery (thought exploration and prototyping).
Improve the overall design at Deezer by participating in our rituals and improving our design processes.
This role is excellent for an advanced product designer (3 years or more) with the following qualifications:
UX skills (wireframing, prototyping, user test, user flows, etc.)
UI skills (using an existing design system)
Methodologies in Product Discovery
An experience on growth and/or conversion topics
Team player, with a lot of empathy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
Sharing a portfolio or case studies that could demonstrate your impact is mandatory to apply.
