What you will do?

• As a Product & Content copywriter for Deezer based on our headquarters in Paris, your goal will be to provide impactful and on-brand text to story tell and elevate product and content descriptions and visual elements on Deezer, in line with our customers needs and our Tone of Voice.
• As part of the Global Studio (copy) team, you will work hand in hand with the Deezer Global Content Team and Product Team and will collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders to develop engaging product and content identities, in line with our Tone of Voice and brand strategy. Your priority will be to ensure clarity and pedagogy about our product and content, to improve user engagement. 
• You’ll use exceptional UX copywriting and storytelling skills to craft taglines and short-form copy while collaborating directly with designers to create experiences of our content and product, helping bring the why behind product and content. 
• You will ensure all copy is true to the product/content and consistent with our brand, sometimes following existing creative guidelines, sometimes writing creative directives. 
• You will develop and own all copy elements, writing in an inspiring and editorial tone.
• You’ll collaborate across Deezer globally with the localisation team and local copywriters to ensure copy is fully clear and engaging for the users to use and engage with the Deezer product . 
• You will coordinate product/content copy flow, ensure accuracy and fact-check all content and implement quality control activities

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years' writing experience in an entertainment environment required, as a copywriter for a major company with a strong digital presence.
• Expertise in UX/UI copy and strong storytelling skills
• Perfectly bilingual English/French (including spelling, grammar, punctuation)
• Ad agency experience/experience in marketing department could be a plus
• International experience and having worked in a multicultural environment is a real plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes
• Ability to challenge a brief and elevate the creative standards
