What you will do :

• Partner with the product strategy and engineering teams to find out problems, ideate to find solutions, create user flows, animate, prototype and following the building process.
• Using different exploratory tools and methods to find solutions hand in hands with PM, tech & design strategy. 
• You will work closely with our research & data teams to create prototypes for our usability test sessions.
• Partner with the Design System Manager to maintain & keep growing our design system : TEMPO
• Taking care of the best tools (plugins, software or create new one with the tooling team) to be on top of the best practices for design system
• Creating design system documentation (zero height) & interactive prototypes (Framer) for sharing your work internally from interactions design to the very last pixel.
• Design elegant, smart, scalable experiences for our consumer-facing mobile, desktop applications and our 80 different platforms, using our design system components.
• Being the first advocate of the use of TEMPO
• Being a design evangelist in the company
• Give and ask for feedback from designers, product managers and engineers.

What we are looking for:

• You become crazy when you see a visual misalignment in any app
• You are passionate about Figma and you want to learn to be a Figma rockstar
• You have a portfolio (online or PDF) with simple examples that shows your process, skills, talent of your personal, student or internship projects.
• Previous experience in designing mobile / web apps.
• As a plus, you are already familiar with Zero Height or Framer.
• You are proficient working in English or willing to learn. Arabic & French is a plus.
