What you’ll achieve

As the PRODUCT OWNER, you will be part of the team to increase the possibilities of our U Composer to build clinical content. You will work closely together with other product managers, software architects and stakeholders to identify and specify the components needed for our Composer.

You will manage the products in the value stream with a strong business perspective and create value for our customers and Dedalus by successfully developing and launching new functionalities to the markets while keeping balance with our existing customer base.

You will be in charge of:

  • Product management to innovate workflows and medical documentation with clinical content

  • Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy

  • Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’s

  • Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams, including leading business analyst.

  • Functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation

  • Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.

  • Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.

  • Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

  • Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization

Essential Requirements

  • University degree in Medical Informatics, Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. physician with additional studies in Medical Informatics)

  • 2 to 5 years expertise in software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service or Customer support

  • Market knowledge in healthcare IT

  • Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers

  • Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)

  • Strong business acumen and a motivated team player

Desirable Requirements

  • Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in German and English

  • Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines

  • Self-management skills and self-starter attitude
