What you’ll achieve

As the Implementation Specialist, you will use your knowledge of software, IT architecture and integration standards to validate, introduce and successfully deliver ORBIS U services in the regions. You will be responsible for remote installation and configuration efforts for pilot sites, as well as other first order configuration efforts as directed.

You will:

  • Provide technical coordination and leadership in the design and execution of installations & configurations for service validation efforts, pilot sites and new countries

  • Participate as a technical expert to analyse customer needs and develop site-specific workflow requirements for software configurations

  • Lead pilot/first of type projects in cooperation with product management and local service organizations

  • Identify and resolve technical issues

  • Assist/support on unblocking escalation sites, problem sites.

  • Maintain and review documentation, manuals, and training material

  • Collaborate with business, clinical, operational, technical and support team members

  • Identify opportunities for improving, standardizing the delivery of the services

  • Drive an international community of domain experts with a clear focus on sharing knowledge, best practices and consolidation/prioritization of (service) requirements

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent through industry experience. With 5+ years’ experience in the ICT industry

  • Demonstrable effective network and hardware knowledge

  • Excellent experience with operating systems like Windows 2016/2019 and Linux

  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS/Azure

  • Good understanding of container concepts: Docker, Kubernetes/Openshift

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Strong Leadership skills

  • Fluent in English

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience within the Healthcare Technology environment as an engineer/consultant supporting clients in a managed services setting

  • Scripting tools (Bash, Powershell, Python, Javascript)

  • IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)

  • Monitoring and logging tools such as: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK

  • Protocols and standards such as OAuth, SAML and SSL/TSL, and their application in security solutions

  • Hospital workflows (IHE, HL7, FHIR, DICOM)

  • Database (Oracle, PostegreSQL, MangoDB)
