As our global Wholesale ambitions accelerate, we are looking for a visionary leader to co-author and document our Global Wholesale Offer process, using the Move, Train, Run domain as a strategic operational anchor.
In this strategic role, you will be a key architect in designing and documenting the future Global Wholesale Offer Process. You will leverage the Wellness domain as your primary operational anchor to implement, test, and refine this process before it is scaled across the organization.
You will serve as the vital bridge between our global "United" strategy and the specialized Wellness category teams. Your internal network and deep understanding of our product development cycles will be your greatest assets in transforming our product range into a high-performance wholesale engine.
Your mission and responsibilities:
1- Process design
Actively participate in the design and modeling of the "Global Wholesale Offer" process to ensure scalable operations within the United organization
Co-develop the tools and methodologies that will become the group’s corporate standard for wholesale business
Ensure the implementation and strict adherence to wholesale offer creation timelines across your assigned categories and countries
2- Strategic partner to the sports
Animate and communicate the Wholesale strategy to Wellness sport teams, ensuring a fluid 2way flow of information
Ensure Wholesale is a living part of the domain’s strategic A4 directions, playing a key enabler role for the domain’s wholesale strategies and actively partnering to turn strategy into concrete impact
Co-define and formalize priorities (Countries, sports, partners) and align sports and local teams to build winning business plans
Act as a strategic partner to sports leaders to drive performance and long-term development & business and ww market shares perspectives (GMV, profitability, new sports users conquest)
Enlighten the sport leaders on the necessary resources for the wholesale sport strategies
3- Operational mastery and support
Ensure on-time delivery of the sports catalog to our top-priority wholesale countries
Manage the upstream sample needs process, balancing country requirements with sports priorities
Analyse the country major needs and translate them into clear priorities that align with the sport’s strategies
Align stakeholders across merchandising, supply, marketing and communication, product training to deliver integrated solutions
4- Change management and support
Empower sport teams to model their own wholesale tactics
Train and support teams on critical channel milestones to ensure “Wholesale readiness”
Be alongside teams in priority countries to secure business with key partners (partners meeting, training,...)
Boundary breakers: you love pushing boundaries and blazing new paths to develop new business opportunities
Internal expert: you have a strong understanding of our Sport Offer building milestones and deep knowledge of the Move Train Run sports
Strategic mindset: you can synthesize complex data to make informed data-driven decisions
Communication: You are recognized for your ability to lead change, coordinate, negotiate, lead a team and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
